Post Admission Process
Fee ReceiptThe students will receive their fee receipt within two working days from the date of the enrollment.
Admission LetterThe students will receive their admission letter as a confirmation of their admittance and registration for the program in ten working days from the date of their admittance.
Course MaterialAll the students will receive their course material within Thirty-five working days through courier on the address mentioned in the application form as their correspondence address. The softcopy and the learning resources will be then sent to the students on regular basis.

Student Relationship Officer
The Student Relationship Officer is responsible for supporting the activity of the Student Management Division and KSM through the provision of high quality administrative support and student service directed towards providing information, advice and support to enrolled students and staff of the Institute.
The Student Relationship Officer disseminates accurate information by responding to telephone, fax, letter, email and counter enquiries relating to programs and student support services offered at KSM. The role involves supporting student re-enrolment, assisting students with general administration enquires and management of student relationship for specified student cohorts.
The Student Relationship Officer works as part of the student and academic support teams and is the primary Campus contact for student enquiries and will be available without appointment to handle general or administrative queries for students.
